Business coaching
Personal coaching
• If you take care of yourself - you have more to give back
• If you take care of your staff - they give more back to you
I coach creative professionals and others on the staff of small to mid-sized businesses that align with my experience. Specialty areas include personal and economic empowerment, confidence building, leadership development, stress and time management, visioning and interpersonal communication.
My coaching focus in the workplace is communication in its broadest sense.
Why communication?
Because improved communication
= better relationships
= greater worker satisfaction + increased staff loyalty
= reduced staff turnover + improved productivity
= bigger return on investment
Everybody wins!

• To quote a former boss on the secret of his unique talent, eliciting the best from each person on his team: "I have told people who are put in positions of authority that they have to decide at the outset what their standards are... and then stick to these guidelines as far as possible. Speak to people so they also know where you stand. Be prepared to listen and change your mind if you are wrong. Be reasonable. A boss has great power to make people either happy, fulfilled or frustrated and angry." -- John MacLennan, former news editor, Sunday Tribune.
The benefit of business coaching is being confirmed in survey after survey, which is why so many successful executives and managers now work with a coach.
