Teleclasses Plus

Wanda Hennig (CPCC) & Inner Resources Coaching offer several workshops, classes and packages. These are available, on request, in different formats and include:

"Create Your Life"

Do you sometimes feel a candlesnuffer has dropped over your creative spark? That you're not energized by your life? If you're a writer, this might manifest as writer's block. If you're not specifically a writer, you might have a sense of life block.

"Create Your Life" is an experiential workshop designed to help you unblock and plug into your life, your work, your writing, and your relationships.

It has been run as a six-week teleclass - one hour per week for six weeks on a conference bridge line.

"Writing Your Life"

To write about our lives is to understand our inner journey. A Zen poem says "If you do not get it from yourself, where will you go for it?" Writing and meditation can be seen as parallel partners. Both are about practice. Both are about making contact with the elusive "it" - the "sylph." We start to do this when we sit still, let go of thinking and self-censorship, and give ourselves permission.

"Writing Your Life" has been run as a weekend retreat in-person workshop. It can also be structured as a six-week teleclass using phone and e-mail. There are meditations, writing exercises and discussion. No writing experience is necessary - just a pen, lots of paper and a willingness to jump in.

"Writing Your Journey"

Wake up to your life, your creativity and your writing ability while traveling to a chosen destination - somewhere in Europe, Asia, Africa, North or South America or elsewhere.

This is strictly in-person and suitable for individuals or small groups. As we travel, you learn to look with new eyes, to explore the environs through your senses - and to write about the experience. This workshop is only for the curious and the adventurous.

Work can be published online at the end of the trip. Or who knows, you might write a masterpiece and sell it. Please e-mail or call with questions and requests.

"How to Reclaim your life and be Slim, Sensual & Happy with Yourself - A Creative Guide"

Give up your battle with food and weight once and for all. This structured program has you give up on weight-loss diets and the dieting mindset, lose weight, keep it off - and turn your attention to what you really want to have in your life. The program can work for small groups. It is also perfect for the man or woman of any age who wants to deal with body and life issues in private.

The program grew from a personal battle with compulsive and binge eating. This is not a quick fix. It is a life-changer - and it works.

"Coaching for Newlyweds"

Create a path with heart from the start.

The "I do" of a relationship marks the beginning of a couple's unique story. But relationships can flounder in the face of day-to-day realities.

"Coaching for Newlyweds" three and six-month packages are designed for couples who want to realize the happily-ever-after ideal created on a foundation of maximum respect, trust, knowledge, communication and understanding. Coaching can be done in person, by phone - or a mix of the two. Phone is generally more convenient - in which case two telephones are a requirement as both partners are present in coaching sessions.

"The Zen of Listening"

Listening is more than merely hearing what people "out there" are saying. Our subliminal messages impact on our lives profoundly - and even determine what we hear "out there." Meditation provides the quiet space to hear internal conversations and stories that direct us and determine out experience of the world - freeing ourselves to live with more choice. We also begin to ask the question "who says?" In this workshop that has been run in person and that can also be run as a six-week teleclass, we explore internal and external listening using meditation, writing exercises and other self-observation practices.
